Returns

We hope that you love your purchase from Zimmermann. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process. Below is a guide on how to return your item to us:

Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To ensure a smooth return, please make sure the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• The item is in its original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

How to Return Your Item
To initiate a return, please visit our return portal at luxebodhi.com. There, you will be able to fill out your return request and print the return shipping label.
Once the return is processed, please send the item back to the address provided.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method. Please note, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the same process as for returns. For exchanges, you may need to place a new order for the replacement item while your original item is being returned.

• Sale items and special orders are non-returnable.
• We do not cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.
